What is the Privacy Policy?

How secure are my personal information?

GES cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

What is the GES registration verification?

When you are signing up for your personal GES account, we require you to validate your registration to ensure that your Email address is authorized. This requirement is to protect against any unwanted spam and malicious abuse.

Why do you ask for my birthday during the registration process?

GES is asking for some of your personal information for verification purposes. In case you encounter any problems with your GES account or bookings we are requesting you for identification details to be able to make modifications in your personal account. We want to make sure that only the registered customer is able to advise changes in the system. This is for your own security.

Why do you request for my mobile number during the registration process?

GES is requesting for your mobile number to get in touch with you on a short notice or for emergency purposes where we would appreciate immediate feedback. In case there might be changes to your booking due to sudden holiday announcements, calamity, or similar emerging events we want to make sure to inform you as quick as possible.

What are notifications? Where can I change my notification settings?

GES may from time to time notify you of your account registration and keep you informed about your bookings including booking confirmation, rebooking, cancellation, and cleaning service information. Additionally, you will be notified about updates of Terms of Service, news, promotions, feedback, and the like through SMS Messages, Email, and/or application notifications. Some of these messages may be necessary for the fulfillment of the service and cannot be opted out of.

Can I have more than one property listed on my profile?

Yes, you can add as many properties as you wish under your account. Just be reminded that we can only clean in areas that we service. You will find a list of serviced areas in our homepage.

How can I cancel my account?

You may terminate your GES registration and cancel your account at any time through our online Software system in your profile settings.
