What do I need to prepare prior to my scheduled cleaning?

You are responsible to arrange all necessary and required permits such as working permits from the building administration in advance to ensure the GES representatives are allowed to enter the building and your property to perform the services. Customers also need to ensure that electricity, water, and other facilities required are available to our cleaners anytime and free of charge.

In addition, you need to arrange items from the floor, remove dirty dishes from kitchen sinks, and leave table, counter, and drawer tops free from clutter. It is also advisable that compartments are closed or locked. You are further responsible to remove valuables from plain sight and secure them before our cleaners arrive to clean your home. To ensure a smooth cleaning and safeguard of our staff, we also ask you to contain your pets during the cleaning process.

How can I get a working permit?

Working permits are issued from the building administration for security purposes and are mandatory to allow GES representatives to enter the building and your property to perform the cleaning. It basically includes information about the service and our cleaners. GES will support you to arrange the working permit on time.

We will provide you a pre-filled working permit a day prior to your scheduled service and it will be left in your letter box. Kindly sign the working permit and either drop it at the building administration office or keep it at your home until a GES representative picks it up just before the cleaning starts.

Do I have to provide cleaning equipment and detergents? Can I request a specific cleaning product to be used?

All cleaning equipment and detergents will be provided by GES and are already part of your booked service. We are using state of the art cleaning supplies tested and imported from Germany. Our cleaners are highly trained which detergents to be used for certain surfaces and materials to ensure a proper cleaning and treatment. Since every cleaning product is different and needs to be tested, GES does not allow cleaners to use other than our own cleaning equipment and detergents.

Do I need to provide a ladder for high chores?

No, you do not have to provide a ladder or other equipment for high chores. We will bring all cleaning devices and equipment needed to properly clean your home.

Do you wash and dry dishes and kitchen utensils?

To focus on what we can do best, we do not wash and dry dishes and kitchen utensils. You need to make sure that all kitchen appliances and sinks are accessible and dirty dishes and kitchen utensils are removed.

Can we leave toys and clutter on the floor?

You need to arrange items from the floor, and leave table, counter, and drawer tops free from clutter.

Can I also avail your service if I have pets?

We know that your pets are part of the family. Of course, you can avail our cleaning service if you have pets. To ensure a smooth cleaning and safeguard of our staff, we ask you to contain your pets during the cleaning process. However, we do not offer pet litter and pet cages cleaning as well as we do not include pet grooming in our services.
