What are your payment methods?

Once you have chosen your cleaning service you will need to make your purchase online through our accredited partner PayPal. They allow you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal balance, PayPal Credit, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, bank account as well as debit and credit cards. 

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.


Card types that are currently not compatible with PayPal Merchant Services are procurement and private label credit cards, such as a department store credit card, and debit cards requiring a numeric password and pin-pad for entry.

I do not have a PayPal account. Do I need to sign up first to be able to make online payments through PayPal?

You do not need a PayPal account to make bookings and online payments with GES. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases. PayPal applies the same techniques for this checkout as it does for other transactions.


If you do decide to create a PayPal account to make future transactions more convenient and faster, you need to register your name, billing address, Email address, and phone number. PayPal is also prompting for your credit card details.

Will there be additional booking fees when paying through PayPal?

You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

There will be no additional booking fees when paying through PayPal. However, any fees born from your bank or credit card institution must be covered by the clients.

How safe are transactions through PayPal?

Keeping your financial information secure is absolutely essential when paying online. If you are charged for a transaction that you did not make, let PayPal know within 60 days, and they have got you covered. PayPal provides the following main security features:

Your financial information. PayPal helps keep your transactions secure by not sharing your full financial information with sellers.

24/7 monitoring. PayPal monitors transactions 24/7.

Secure technology. PayPal’s encryption helps keep your online transactions guarded from start to finish.

Fraud prevention. Contact PayPal if anything seems suspicious so they can help you protect yourself from fraudulent charges against your account. PayPal will never ask for sensitive information in an Email.

Dispute resolution. If there is a problem with a transaction, PayPal put a hold on the funds until the issue is resolved. They investigate and stay involved every step of the way.

Purchase protection around the globe. PayPal process 25 currencies in over 200 markets to make sending, spending, and selling simple and secure.

Can I request for an Official Receipt?

Upon completion of your booking and online payment you will receive a Booking Summary from GES to your Email address. Upon request, we will also issue a hard copy of an Official Receipt, authorized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, after completion of the service.

Can I tip the cleaners?

Yes, if you are satisfied with the cleaning, our cleaners will value your appreciation. However, tipping is not expected.
